A tree in the hand of the planter, A
foreshadow of greatness. But
now, tender and scrawny, It
exclaims its weakness. Placed,
then rooted, God
will secure its life, As
it stretches toward Heaven. Then,
from each one planted, Born
will be many brethren. Like
a tree planted, I long to be. Chosen,
and nourished forever; Then
from Jesus, the Hand of the Planter, Many
harvests will I bring to gather.
