And once again, I acknowledge that I need You, O Lord.
Days
pass, and yet tomorrows I think I can plan.
I
don’t learn.
No
one knows but You, O Lord.
Tomorrows
come, and You direct me.
The
day goes by and I praise You.
Yet,
I still try to plan my tomorrows.
Change
me, teach me.
Make
me see, that it is my God that takes me through each day.
Just
He and me.
That
is all I need.
Nothing
else matters.
Plans
come from man, but You bring about the day.
As
yesterdays are formed, it is not through me,
But
through Him, who brought me through the day.
Lord,
teach me this:
Today
is not up to me, for yesterdays prove it.
And
tomorrows are not for me,
For
I can not know what it will bring.
Therefore,
I must rest upon You, O Lord.
It
is up to God to take me through each day.
Just
He and me.
Dependant
upon Him is all I need.
All
things will be provided.
My
concerns must be released to Him.
He
and me.
My
only desire.
That
is all I need.
Nothing
else matters.
