Guilt, shame, embarrassment

I can’t stand alone

Darkness, sin, pain and hurt

How can I atone? Tears, weeping, remorseful

On my knees I call

Past myself I'm carried

Who can stop my fall?

From the cross, in the tomb, at the throne

Jesus reaches me

Into His arms I fall

Into my life He’s called “Believe, and Have Faith”

"Go, and sin no more"

But, where is faith?

Where is strength not to sin?

We are shown with that?

We are patted on the back

But who succeeds with that? To man from man

Words are only words

But to man from God

Comes hope, confidence

Peace

Listen to your heart

Where God abides and speaks

Follow His guidance

Know His plan If instructed by others

Words fall off the ears

Never penetrating

Never providing the will

With faith, confidence is found

In belief, God is heard

By grace, Jesus is known

Through His Spirit, strength is given Hear the Word of God

"Believe, and have faith"

Hear the Word of God

"Go, and sin no more"

Where is faith?

It is in believing

Where is strength?

It is by faith
